Hertsmere Jewish Primary School is a modern Orthodox Jewish day school, situated in beautiful Hertfordshire countryside between Elstree and Radlett. We have high standards and expectations – we are interested in education in the fullest sense.

We take pride in being a warm and nurturing school for children between the ages of 3 to 11, with excellent standards of behaviour and academic achievement.  HJPS are committed to providing pupils with a vibrant and enriching educational experience. The Role:

We are looking for an engaging and passionate Jewish Studies educator who will share and promote the high standards of education, pastoral care and Jewish life and learning that are the core values of our school, through the formal and co-curricular opportunities of the school day. The successful candidate will have a broad Jewish knowledge and skills base, which they wish to impart to the pupils, equipping them with a range of skills, knowledge and confidence in their Jewish learning. They will be a role model for the lessons they teach. They will be approachable, imaginative and motivated, seeking to bring out the best in all the children whilst working as part of a close-knit team.
