The school operate motivating reward systems, including a weekly raffle where children can “win” extra break time, feed the fish, or make announcements over the school tannoy for the day.
Class teachers reward children by nominating them for the Headteacher’s Tea Party for classwork, Jewish Studies lessons, PE lessons and musical aptitude.
Additionally, individual teachers devise their own reward systems, such as awarding DoJo’s, nominating a secret student or winning the class teddy to take home for the weekend.
Every pupil has an opportunity to be evaluated and rewarded for positive behaviour.
